CEES Crafts Shipping Policy

Processing Time
At CEES Crafts, we take pride in handcrafting each order with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Orders: 2–7 business days

Please note: Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS, but may use other carriers like UPS or FedEx depending on the order and destination.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages
CEES Crafts is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
